My friend took me up there to check out the sights,I was surprised to see how nice and informative the dam was, I'll will return again
Bull Shoals - White River State Park has a great set of interpretive displays and permanent exhibits. Their gift shop is large and offers many creative or practical items. The park is undergoing campground renovation, offers RV rentals, a great place to eagle or heron watch, and noted as a fly-fishing haven!
Love the visitor center! Have visited several times. Beautiful structure, views, and exhibits. Lots of "hands-on" exhibits, animal mounts, aquariums, and art to keep all ages interested. Nice gift shop with reasonable prices as well.

This was an amazing adventure. Fog rolls in light afternoon off of the river and does not clear off until about 10 the next day. It is one of the most amazing things to watch. The water is 46 degrees year-round and it rises and falls because of the spillway.
